3) Newsletter policy: $400 full page, $250 Half page, 25% off for 2 consecutive ads, 40% off for 3 consecutive ads. Free for educational and non-money makers.
4) Steve Jaeger and Glen Carl will be representing the Section at the Rac on Jan 30, 1999. Travel assistance will be provided to Merlin Dorfman, Steve Jaeger and Glen Carl for the RAC travel.
5) Precollege: Juanita Ryan
- HQ money available for Bot-Ball, HQ will match money and request money from the Section. Section voted not to contribute money, but expressed interested in soliciting volunteers to help with the event.

- Companies are being solicited to coordinate efforts and provide volunteers to go into classrooms. Companies contacted include: Intel, IBM, Lockheed Martin, NASA Ames, HP.
