2. Chairperson’s report - Prasad Gogineni

a. Student Paper Conference is on 4/18 – 4/20 at Cal Poly, San Louis Obispo. They need Judges. Technical content could be judged on line from the website. Also, need audio judges on site to judge presentations. Transportation and Lodging costs are paid to the Audio judges. Prasad Gogineni is the Judging Committee Chair. Sign up on line from the website and let the chair know.

b. Educator Associates are dropping. We get notice 2 months before expiration. Contact them for renewal. – Stephanie Gregg

c. Chairperson gave access to all the officers so that they can enter their reports on the National website. Prasad Gogineni (DONE)

d. Next RLC conferences: 2005 Tucson, 2006 Sacramento, 2007 Cincinnati

e. Next RAC meeting: Jan 29, 2005, Salt Lake City – Prasad Gogineni is attending.

f. Next Public Policy Colloquium: El Segundo, 2/12/2005?

g. Received CAT III funds ($1000) for the Math Counts program.

Need somebody to head this program, contact the program orgnizers, plan activity and spend the money.
