a) Newsletter & Public Policy
* Everyone should look for errors/omissions in newsletter
b) Treasurer
* Ask Juanita to ping Loral again about the check
* All bills are current and paid
* Look through 4 Essay awardee names and get them to Seth to check who has
received
awards
* Check with Silicon Valley and San Francisco science fairs
* Make sure Juanita informs us of science fairs we are involved in.
c) Secretary
* Roger is taking a class, won't always be available this quarter
d) Vice-chair
* Gano is searching for a tech. programs replacement
* Trying to recruit Todd Farley
* Organizing a trip to the Oakland ARTCC (in Fremont)
* He needs to set up a list of 20 people
* Will help out on History of Aviation event
e) Young Professionals
* First FFMF this Friday (Morgan covering for John this time)
f) Membership
* Matt needs to contact Dan to remind about contacting delinquent members.
g) Evolution of Flight
* Stanford student chapter... started a lecture series called
"Conversations"
