Proposed Website Style and Content Guidelines:

  1. Council members with passwords are encouraged to directly:
    1. Update the Calendar Page with Section events,
    2. Keep contact information up to date on the Council Page.
    3. Create one's own bio page and link to it from the Council Page.
  2. On jointly revised Calendar and Council Pages:
    1. Avoid editing conflicts by revising only the currently posted page, and
    2. advise others who work on the page of your intent to change it.
    3. Retain readability by conforming to existing style. 
    4. Avoid links to other websites.
  3. On individually created pages: 
    1.  Retain the existing Host directory structure.
    2.  Utilize Images Directory for shared image files.
    3. Propagate the established Theme
  4. On individually maintained pages:
    1. Provide your own contact information on the page.
    2. Avoid stale content by archiving old information.
