The San Francisco Section of AIAA has set up the Bay Area Aerospace Database simply as a service for our members and the local community. The database can have a wide range of uses including:

Identifying potential sources of aerospace employment.
Quantifying the size and breadth of the local aerospace industry.
Identifying potential funding sources for educational outreach activities.
Improving networking within the local aerospace & defense community.

But the database can only be as valuable as it is accurate and complete. Data has been gathered by volunteers searching through commercial business resources and their own contacts. Some records are fairly complete, others are pretty skimpy.

Please review the database and offer any corrections or additions you can identify. Your contributions will make this an even more valuable community asset!

Correcting or Appending the Database:

Since this database was compiled by volunteers, the San Francisco Section of AIAA welcomes any corrections or additions offered for the Bay Area Aerospace Database. To do so, simply phone, fax, mail, or preferrably email your information to Brian Haas. Please try to provide information related to local operations if possible.
