What is Robot Wars?

Robot Wars is a competitive mechanical sporting event that features radio controlled robots in combat. Competitors must employ a combination of skill, power and strategy in this contest for survival. The first annual Robot Wars event was held at the Fort Mason Center, San Francisco, in the summer of 1994. The next Robot Wars will be held on August 19 & 20, 1995, at a to-be-announced location.
